These tips resonated with me. It's concise yet communicates the lesson from Buffet's personal experience.
Inspired by these quotes, I thought about how I might write the lessons that I've learned from my product management experience. Here's what comes to mind.

- Don't be afraid to change your answer because problems change.
- Saying no is the first step to simplifying the product.
